Admission Form 2083

For candidates who have their entrance result. Enter your entrance details, confirm your personal information, and rank the programmes you want to be considered for.

Application fee — Rs. 500

Every application carries a Rs. 500 form fee. Pay it by any one of the routes below, then record the voucher or transaction number in the Payment details section of the form.

  1. Bank deposit

    Deposit Rs. 500 at Prabhu Bank, account number 0450092590400028, in the name of Himalaya College of Engineering. Keep the deposit voucher — enter its number in the form and bring the voucher with you when you visit the college.

  2. Pay during your college visit

    Pay Rs. 500 at the college. You will be given a voucher number, which should be provided while submitting this application.

  3. eSewa

    Pay Rs. 500 to Himalaya College of Engineering through eSewa and enter the 7-character transaction code in the form.

Paying through the eSewa app

If you cannot complete an eSewa payment on a website, pay from the app instead:

  1. Open the eSewa app.
  2. Search for Himalaya College of Engineering and select it.
  3. Enter the required details and submit.
  4. On successful submission you receive a Transaction Code — a 7-character alphanumeric code. You can also read it by tapping the transaction in your eSewa history.
  5. Return to this form and enter that Transaction Code as your payment reference.
