Yes. Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and has been running undergraduate programmes from its Chyasal, Lalitpur campus since 2000.
Which programs does HCOE offer?
HCOE offers BE Computer Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, BE Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, BSc CSIT, and BCA. Each programme has its own page with curriculum, laboratories, and career pathways — see Programs.
How do I apply for admission to HCOE?

Do I need to sit the TU IOE entrance exam?
Engineering and architecture programmes admit through the Tribhuvan University IOE entrance. BSc CSIT and BCA follow their respective Tribhuvan University entrance routes. The Admissions page states the current route for each programme.
What is the eligibility for the BE programs?
BE programmes require +2 Science or an equivalent PCL qualification, along with the entrance result required by Tribhuvan University. Programme-specific eligibility is listed on each programme page.
